Bookings cancelled 7 days or more before arrival – no charge.

Less than 7 days notice – full cost of booking charged to the card provided.

First night deposit required at booking. Balance due on arrival (card or cash). No cheques.

Any breakages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card.
