ROOM 1 –Double En-suite
Situated on the first floor at the front of the house overlooking the garden.
A comfortable, light, airy bedroom with standard double bed. Two bedside lamps. Large bay window which ensures the room is bright with natural daylight.
ROOM 2 – Large Double En-suite
Situated on the first floor at the front of the house overlooking the garden. A large comfortable, light, airy bedroom with standard double bed. Overhead reading lamps and bedside lamps. Two Large windows which ensures the room is bright with natural daylight. This room also has a USB charging plug fitted. Large flat screen TV. The large shower room has plenty of storage space and an illuminated bathroom mirror.
ROOM 4 – Deluxe Room with King Size bed – En-suite
Situated on the first floor to the side of the house.
Our newest, room which benefits from a king size bed. Two chairs and table, 32 inch flat screen TV, USB charging plugs, a fan and fridge with an enormous wardrobe for plenty of storage. The newly refurbished shower room has a large vanity unit with built in lighting and a heated towel rail and plenty of shelf space for storage.
ROOM 5 – Single En-suite
Situated on the first floor. Overlooking the back of the house.
A good size single room, with a large double glazed window to allow plenty of ventilation. The room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with stool. The room has an en-suite shower, sink and toilet.
ROOM 6 – Large Twin En-suite with Bathroom
Situated on the first floor to the side/back of the house.
Bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. A comfortable, light, airy bedroom with twin standard beds. Overhead reading lamps. Two Large windows which ensures the room is bright with natural daylight. Large flat screen TV and USB charging plug in addition to the plenty of plug sockets in the room.
ROOM 7 – Large Twin En-suite
Situated on the ground floor to the rear of the house.
A spacious twin room with two standard comfortable beds. The sink and the shower are incorporated in the room the newly fitted shower has a shower curtain around it to give some privacy. There is a separate toilet within the room. This room has the benefit of its own outdoor space of a small garden with two chairs. Ideal for if you like to smoke or just have the door open to extend the bedroom area and let more air and light in.
This is an ideal room for anyone who don’t like stairs.
ROOM 8 – Large Double En-suite
Situated on the ground floor at the front of the house looking over the garden.
A comfortable, light, airy bedroom with standard double bed. Overhead lighting. Large bay window which ensures the room is bright with natural daylight. The room has a en-suite shower, sink and toilet. This is an ideal room for anyone who don’t like stairs.
